So let’s kick off this month by sharing more about Help Desk Engineer, Stephanie Norton.
Stephanie reports to Jacee Dobbs, our Help Desk Manager and Jacee had this to say about Stephanie:
“When Michael and I interviewed Stephanie, we knew instantly she would be a great asset to our team at Anchor. Our thoughts have not changed since that day. Stephanie brings a willingness to dive into issues and a fresh perspective to the group. I know I can depend on her to handle both the customer service side of her job as well as the technical. Stephanie recently worked on a server migration project handling all desktop and user related issues and adjustments. She received praise after praise for her dedication and patience as she worked with varying types of personalities through the changes. I am excited to have Stephanie as part of our Help Desk team and ready to see what the future has for her”!

Q. What do you do at Anchor?
SN: I am a Help Desk Engineer.
Q. Is there a specific project or projects that you have worked on recently that you are most proud of?
SN: Metro West Housing Solutions and Oxford Mortgage. Metro West Housing Solutions involved bringing on board all of the computer labs at their property locations, while Oxford Mortgage included a complete server migration.
Q. Specific clients that you have enjoyed working with?
SN: I enjoy working with most clients. Everyone is pleasant when you’re there to help.
Q. What do you feel is your “power move” within the company?
SN: I’m a fast learner and plan to further my education as much as possible.
Q. What are your hobbies?
SN: Snowboarding, Snowshoeing, Camping, Hiking and Video games.
Q. What is the last concert you saw?
SN: RAIN.
Q. What car do you drive?
SN: I drive a Toyota RAV4, but would prefer a 4Runner.
Q. What is the last movie you saw?
SN: Lost Boys.
Q. If you were stranded on a deserted island, what is the one food you could not live without?
SN: Cheese!
Q. What’s your favorite color?
SN: Purple!!
Q. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
SN: Colorado! Everything I love to do is here!
Q. Any animals living at home?
SN: I have a black lab, 2 bengals and a veiled chameleon
Q. If you could have three wishes, what would they be?
SN: Cure for Diabetes, More snow, and …. IDK
Q. What have you not done that you really want to do?
SN: Skydiving – That’s in one month.
Q. What is the wallpaper on your cell phone?
SN: My son CJ – He’s 6.
Q. What is the last book you read?
SN: Requiem of the Sun by Elizabeth Haydon.
Q. How would you describe yourself in three words?
SN: Happy, optimistic, and vertically challenged.
