Anchor Network Solutions, Inc. Announces New Account & Service Desk Managers
Lone Tree, CO – October 10, 2014 - Anchor Network Solutions, Inc, a Lone Tree based provider of Managed IT Services and Outsourced IT Solutions announced today the promotions of Jacee Dobbs to Account Manager, and Mike Stewart to Service Desk Manager.
Jacee, who has been with Anchor for 10 years, started as a Help Desk Engineer before moving into the role of Help Desk Manager, which she’s held for the past 7 years. In her new position as Account Manager, she’ll focus on customer relationship management, virtual CIO (vCIO) responsibilities, and a more proactive approach to meeting the needs of Anchor’s clients. She will play a key role in the bridge between customers and our technical service delivery teams.
Mike, who has been with Anchor for 3 years, started as a Help Desk Engineer before being promoted to Lead Engineer in 2013. In his role as Service Desk Manager, he’ll be responsible for the day to day technical operations of the service desk, including the management of service desk engineers, training, and development of processes and procedures. Mike has also been tasked with expanding and streamlining Anchor’s service delivery to clients through use of an extensive remote management and monitoring toolset.
