So let’s kick off this month by sharing more about Lisa McCluer our Service Desk Coordinator.
Lisa reports to Jacee Dobbs, our Help Desk Manager and Jacee had this to say about Lisa:
“Lisa is the newest addition to Anchor’s team and filling a much needed role. She is our Service Desk Coordinator working directly with the help desk team to push things through our system and the first point of contact with many customer requests. Lisa brings a new perspective to our group as she was a prior point of contact for a customer and understands what it feels like to be on the other side of the phone. She is already an integral part of our team and we feel it when she is gone! Lisa has enough understanding of technology that she fits well with the group and has a desire to learn more which is great to see. We are excited to have her on board with Anchor!”
